Addy is anxious to be back at Bayview High School because it conjures up memories of Jake. Her anxiety increases when they walk to the baseball field and find Jake there working out. Nate apologizes because his father told him Jake worked out there from time to time. Jake offers to leave. Addy walks away. Jake calls after her, but she ignores him.
Nate and Addy approach the equipment shed and find Patrick in a panic, asking about an ambulance. Nate and Addy are confused until Patrick points out that Phoebe is semi-conscious on the floor. Patrick says that it is his fault because he lost his keys, and someone must have used them to break into the shed. On Phoebe’s arm is written one word: Practice.
Phoebe learns at the hospital that she was drugged but has no memory of the ordeal. She is unhurt and untouched except for the word written on her arm. She thinks about the events of the party and tries to figure out when she was drugged. She remembers taking a drink from Vanessa and the girls asking about Knox. She wonders if someone drugged her by accident when they were really targeting Vanessa.
